Corpora not built yet, what is deliberately out of scope, and how to detect new coverage.

Planned areas are listed as corpusType values that exist in the vocabulary but are not yet populated, for example state agency guidance and annual CFR editions.

Do not rely on this page for dates. Poll the coverage endpoint to detect a new corpus the moment it appears.
