How do I get every section matching a query?#
Search ranks; it does not enumerate. Walk the divisions endpoint, or page results with limit and offset until hasMore is false.
Why did a lookup return nothing?#
Check coverage first. An empty result may mean the corpus is not ingested for that jurisdiction.
Can I hand-build an actId?#
Avoid it. Take ids from search or resolve.
