Pagination

Offset paging and cursor paging, and which endpoints use which.

• Offset paging: pass limit and offset; hasMore tells you whether another page exists.
• Cursor paging: list-style feeds use sinceId and beforeId.

Stop when hasMore is false. Do not infer the end from a short page.
