API Overview
A statutes and regulations API built for grounding AI and compliance work.
Every section of US primary law has a stable identifier (actId) and a citation. You can search, resolve a citation, walk a code's hierarchy, fetch full text, read amendment history, and subscribe to changes. All paths below are relative to the base URL.
