Core concepts
Citation resolution quality
How often a citation resolves correctly, how often wrongly, and where coverage is thinner.
Each resolution reports a matchLevel so you can treat exact, partial and fuzzy matches differently. Quality is measured on a sample set and reported per jurisdiction.
Court-rule style citations and pin cites such as “at 12” or subsection markers like (a)(2) are common failure areas.
